Ready for a Challenge? Two different types of jigsaw generating software have been employed here producing different kinds of puzzles to entertain, relax, and challenge you. They are based on my original painting of van Gogh's Bad Cat. Be sure to look for the picture and the amusing story that goes with it while you're here. Game 1 allows you to play directly on this site, using conventional puzzle pieces. Games 2 and 3 require you to click on a link to go to the software site to play with more unconventional pieces. Why not try them all? _________________________________________
After you complete the puzzle, click on Exit and you will be brought back to this page.
Game 2. For those of who would like to try an unusual jigsaw puzzle, where each piece is in the shape of one of the contiguous 48 states of the United States, click on the link below, and you will be taken to the jigsaw site. You will go directly to the United States Bad Cat puzzle. http://www.jigzone.com/ms/z.php?ui=161103i224784&z=48_piece_USA

Email me how long it took you to
complete games 2 and 3, Hi Eve! Great fun with the puzzles. It took me 13:52 to work the 48-piece one and only 3:40 to work the 35-piece puzzle! Obviously, I can connect shapes and colors more easily than remember where all those darned states are! LOL ... I thought I'd never get those last 3 itty bitty states on the east coast to their rightful place! LOL Thanks for the fun! Maica at http://maicasattic.com It took me 12 min. 39 sec. to do
the 48 states puzzle and 4 min. 27 to do the other. Mary
Litwiller I solved Puzzle #2 in only 17 minutes FLAT. I did Puzzle #3 in 3 minutes and 6 seconds. Fern Swecker *Got puzzle number 2 (the state map) in 5 minutes 24 seconds, and number 3 in 2 minutes, 27 seconds. Kathy Waxler *Current record
holder. HERE'S A BONUS FOR YOU IF YOU WANT A GREATER CHALLENGE: http://www.jigzone.com/ms/z.php?ui=161103i903965&z=184_piece_crazy Well, Eve: Guess what! I decided to try and
solve your BONUS puzzle---Fascination. I almost gave up at first,
but instead, I persevered. It took me 117 minutes and 11 seconds on
an EMPTY stomach. That's equal to 1 hr. 57min. and 11 seconds.
Is that a GOOD score, or is it BAD, or is it EXCELLENT? How long
were you expecting me to take at it---non-stop? Fern
Swecker
*I did JUST finish Fascination. Wow! That's a toughie. Took me 74 minutes and 19 seconds! I've always loved jigsaw puzzles -- and doing them on the computer means I don't have to set my dinner plates on top of the unfinished puzzle! Ha! Kathy Waxler *Current record holder. |
