Nikita is a sweet, dainty siamese cat, maybe a tortie point
siamese. She had been an abandoned cat and managed to end up
as a raffle item at a party. We won her and were delighted to give
her a home. She was shy and had trouble fitting in
with our other cats. But she was beginning to seem more at
home, when "The Baby" arrived (see the gray tabby photos). Nikita's
attitude was, "How could you let this vermin in the house?" She
promptly deserted us and decided to go live with the neighbors. But
she stops by once in awhile to visit and for a bite to eat. (Maybe
the food was better at the other place, too.) The conclusion now is
that Nikita is a loner, as far as cats go. She loves people, but not
other cats. She loves to be held, even upside down, like a
baby. |
