Himalayan cat caught in the windowbox

This is our Himalayan cat, Boo Boo, who knew he was not allowed in the windowbox.
But he liked to paw on my studio window to tell me when he wanted to be let in
(before the cat door). Here, he was caught red-handed and the guilt shows
on his face, but I think he's also saying, "I'm sorry."

The cat print of our Himalayan blend, Boo Boo, was taken from an original cat painting rendered in transparent watercolors. The cat's dark points are softly blended with his lighter colored ruff. His beautiful blue eyes look up with a sweet guilt. Notice the area where he is sitting has been flattened. The rest of the pansies are shades of blue and purple and violet, and these colors are lightly reflected in the bright sunlit wall behind him. The sunlight also gleams on the lace curtains behind the cat.

The Himalayan in the windowbox is a charming painting, full of rich colors, depicting a cat caught in the act of doing something forbidden just so he could be with his owner. Who wouldn't forgive him? But that's the problem. You forgive him and he does it again. They know how to wrap us around their little paws.
