Dora's
Kleintje
This is Sylvia. She had a difficult childhood and was found in a mud puddle. Through several patient years of empathic comunication I have turned her into a relatively human cat. She is affectionate with us, sleeps up against our bodies now, asks to be petted, mostly only in bed, and loves having her ears scratched. She shys away from strangers and is taunted by our cat, Nedley--because he can. Thus the reason for our other cat, Millie, to mediate. It worked. Nedley usually takes out his extra energy rough wrestling with Millee, and chasing and being chased by her. I believe due to Sylvia's emotional problems, she pees on her two "special" rugs, and poops in my special room, but she is a good cat and we love her. Rachel

Saw the pictures on your gallery of black and white cats. They really are special creatures. My first black and white, Kimo, was toilet trained. Tux was not toilet trained since he was raised with my wife's cat who was older and not toilet trained. He's a tuxedo black and white, has the run of the house and when the computer gets turned on he will run from all parts of the house. Tux will step on the keyboard and rub his nose on the computer, his closeup picture appears on my desktop. After pestering around for a couple of minutes he will settle on my lap to take a short nap, until then, no work can commence on the computer. He is a special character and my constant companion. Roy
This is Deeley who is more interested in the camera than
posing for a photo! Elaine McKinley
Here are our two black & white mischief makers. Emily
and Spud. Spud is the one with the dapper little moustache, her real name
is Charlie (Charlotte). Emily and Charlotte are named after Emily and
Charlotte Bronte. They don't get around to too much writing, though. Just
lazying around in our sunroom and sitting on our laps in front of the
computer fills most of their days. Melissa Freeman

You have so many cute kitties on your web site. I have
a really adorable tuxedo kitten that we took like a zillion pictures
of. I have attached a picture for you, if you want to add it to
your site! She is about 5 months old and her name is
Neko-Chan

I loved your website and thought that I would send you a
picture of my 2 tuxedos. The oldest one is Zaphod and the kitten is
Ford. Both are named for characters in the Douglas Adams, A
Hitchhiker's Guide the Galaxy. Zaphod's mother was a Siamese
and he has her cross eyes and long nose. Ford and his brother Reggie
were found in an abandoned house after my boyfriend heard their
mews. There was a cat dead in the street we assumed to be their
mother. Zaphod is a year older than Ford but they are best
buds. We often find them lying together with Zaph's arm draped over
Ford. Thanks for letting me share. Rose
Beeson Hi!...I love your website and I thought I would send you a
picture of my tuxedo cat. Could you please post it on your Black and
White Cats-tuxedo cat's page...I would love to see his picture with the
other tuxedo cats. He is 10 yrs. old and a very lovable kitty..his
name is MooMoo...we love him very much...he loves his picture taken &
he is number one in our house..he is our handsome baby boy!! Thanks
so much! Margaret Constantino
I have enjoyed visiting (and revisiting) your website. This is Lucky, a 4-year-old pound pet from a local shelter. He was a stray, and judging by how naughty he can be, I often wonder if a door was "accidentally" left open at his previous home! Karen Raasch
Dear Cat Gallery, Kit and I discussed it and he agreed I could send you some photos of him enjoying himself in the yard. Kit adopted me three years ago and has become my best pal. Tonya
Elmo
Jasmine (above) and Tinkerbell (below) are having their early morning cat conference by the window, and you can see they're not too happy about being interrupted! Their favorite hangout by far however is right in front of our fireplace. When we built a new house we installed gas logs just for them so they can have a fire year round! They're both very special stray rescue kitties and are the best of friends. Thanks! Angelina Talley, Durham, NC |
