The Cat Gallery does not and will never share information. We despise spam and work to eradicate it daily.

We are totally against email harvesting and the practice that some sites use to collect data for marketing reasons. This is an invasion of privacy and we are against this. In fact, we don't even have a clue how this is done. We are only here to provide you with quality art at the best prices. Period.

However, as a valued customer, we would like to continue our contact with you to inform you of the arrival of new art on the site, as well as any special offers or contests, in which you may be interested.

We have no dealings with any marketing companies and although we intend to publish a newsletter, we would only send the newsletter to subscribers who opt-in to receive it. This is separate from our daily operations and the two really are separate entities and are treated as such.

Placing an Order:

Once you have completed your purchases by adding them to your Shopping Cart, all you have to do is click on the Check-Out button or just continue to follow instructions through your Shopping Cart. Your shipping charges and any applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically for you. Sales tax is for California residents only and is calculated only on the item, not on shipping costs. You may delete items or change quantity, if desired. Just follow the on-screen instructions.

Delivery Times:

For the US:
First Class Air Mail:
West Coast: about 3 days
East Coast: about 3 to 5 days (depending on location)
Rest of US: about 3 to 5 days (depending on location)
These times are estimates and can vary considerably, depending on the USPS. The Cat Gallery cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Express Mail:
Generally next day

Christmas Shipping:
Expect slower delivery as Christmas approaches. The final week before Christmas, California and neighboring states should receive orders in time for the Holiday. The closer December 25th approaches, the stronger it is recommended that you use Express Mail.
The final week, as a Christmas present, The Cat Gallery will send your First Class orders as Priority Mail. No arrival dates can be guaranteed, except by Express Mail.

First Class for Canada and Mexico:
About 1 week

First Class Air Mail to other countries:
Generally around 7 days and no more than 10 days

International Orders:

Shipping rates are based on product weight, and you may be able to have several prints mailed in one tube for the cost of one ($5.00 for US, Canada, and Mexico and $10.00 for International orders).

Rates are automatically calculated for you as you fill out your order form. You will know the amount before you complete your transaction.

Delivery Time:

Shipping to countries outside the US may take about 7 days and no more than 10 days for delivery.

Customs:

Check with your Customs officials or Post Office to see if there will be a charge for your order. For instance, if you order a canvas print, you may be required to pay Customs duty on it. Please check before ordering to know what to expect. If your order is not picked up from the Post Office by a certain time, they may return it. You would then be given a refund minus the shipping charges.

International orders may be paid using Visa or Mastercard.

Return Policy:

We always want our customers to be happy. We want you back as repeat customers. We will offer a total refund on any item that you are not in love with.

We understand that buying through the Internet restricts your ability to examine products first. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, if it is returned in resaleable condition. Unfortunately, since the prices of our prints are kept so low, shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
