I received my 2 cat prints this morning and I am just delighted. The quality is wonderful and the service was fast, even in these times of mail holdups. I was a little worried about ordering from Canada to the USA but everything worked out smoothly. I can't wait to get my 2 new artworks framed. I have Matisse's goldfish print and this cat print will tie in so nicely. Manet's cat is also absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much! I have seen other cats posters but I really loved yours. "Eve, I received the 5 prints for the Animal Friends shelter black tie art auction. I just love them! Quite honestly, the internet does them no justice..they are magnificent. I know they will be successful in our event. As a matter of fact, I am taking them to the shelter tomorrow to show to our director, and then they will go to the framers. Usually, I never even show her the prints, she sees them at the event, since I've been doing this for so many years, I don't need "approvals" anymore. I wanted her to see them, as it truly is very difficult to get great CAT prints. Dogs, I have PLENTY!!! She will love them as much as I do, I'm certain. Thanks again for your generous donation. While searching for a last minute special Christmas gift for my daughter, Suzanne (who shares the family affinity for cats), I remembered the delightful "Famous Artists' Cats" paintings by Eve Riser-Roberts, from The Cat Gallery, which I had recently added to my Collectibles Subject resources. I selected two prints, Manet's Cats and Matisse's Cat .

As I had a bit of a problem with the shopping cart (no doubt user error), I emailed the address on the site, and was surprised and impressed to receive a reply from the Artist herself. Eve personally expedited the order and 24 hours later I received the prints, safely contained in a very heavy tube, and in pristine condition. As a side note, the cart worked perfectly fine when I tried it later.

These are true prints, not posters; they are on a very heavy, fine quality paper, and the colors are crisp and true. The price was very reasonable, at $20 for Manet's Cats and $15 for Matisse's Cats. To say that my daughter was thrilled with them is an understatement, and I will definitely return to this site for future orders.
A nice added feature from The Cat Gallery is the ability to send a free greeting card as a preview of a gift, or for any other occasion. In addition to the Famous Artists Cats prints, other cat paintings are available, including a shy Himalayan and a perky Snowshoe.

Eve Riser-Roberts is an award-winning painter. She studied art in London and Wales and at Ventura College, CA, and has participated in numerous art workshops conducted by nationally acclaimed artists. Her oil paintings, etchings, acrylics, and watercolors are in collections in England, Germany, and the U.S. She is currently painting women, cats, and koi. She is also a very nice lady, and an astute business person, with an emphasis on quality and service. I give this commercial site my highest marks for excellence, and do not hesitate to recommend the products herein. Warning: These paintings can become addicting very quickly!
