Eve Riser-Roberts combines her unique artistic ability with a touch of humor to bring you these delightful, fantastically fun versions of cat art.  Definitely not your garden variety cat paintings.  These images depict the cats of the world's most famous artists. Look through the eyes of this artist and find yourself in the middle of the drama of a cat's adventure or in the serene moments of a beautiful subject--all captured in the famous traditional styles associated with the parodied artist. Each image is accompanied by the amusing tale of the story unfolding in the scene, printed just below the cat picture. Photolithographic cat prints on archival paper or as canvas transfers.  Many of the series originals have won top awards in California art competitions.

Famous Artists' Cats Collection by Eve Riser-Roberts buy Famous Artists' Cats Manet's Cats ($25) Hockney Gauguin Manet Matisse Miro Munch O'Keeffe Picasso van Gogh    The Cat Art Prints and Canvas Transfers Our original cat watercolors and other cat paintings have been carefully reproduced with traditional offset lithography by printing with permanent inks onto highest quality, archival paper. Each cat art print is signed and dated by the artist. There is an amusing story behind each of the Famous Artists' Cats pictures--explaining the hypothetical influence of the cats on the work of the artists. This paragraph is printed in the lower left corner, just below the image. These cat art prints may also be pressed onto canvas, where they take on the warmth and quality of an original oil painting. The images may be further enhanced by hand-application of brush strokes, resulting in a work of art that looks as though it had come straight from the master's hand. All canvas transfers are finished with a UV-protective varnish. The canvas is stretched and ready for framing.
